Holiday: consists
in a vacation where the accommodating place is basically not
changed or is changed only a few times in order to join the
comfort of not moving baggage too often to the possibility of
cycling along beautiful adjacent towns or across impressive
surrounding areas. |

Tour: the accommodating town is
often (or always) changed, in order to have the possibility to
visit wider places and admire more various landscapes also very
far from the starting point. |

|
|
| Cyclists
that take part to My bike holiday trips
must be at least 18 years old and have good athletic conditions,
youngest participants must be accompanied by a parent. In case of
family trips (with children or babies) special conditions must be
clarified with MBH when booking. |
|
|
|
| For
already-fixed trips
reservations are accepted and
preferred at least 90 days before. Reservations arriving lately
are also accepted, in case of availability, without
extra-charging. Free-booking service, instead, allows you to
organize your personal trip starting from your preferred date, if
possible. |
|
|
|
| Participants
are lodged in 3/4 star hotels - double rooms or in Italian
agriturismi (a kind of farm-houses). When available, Single rooms
can be requested with a supplementary
charge. The hotel accommodation provides bed, breakfast and
dinner. Mybikeholiday reserves the right to change hotels or
accommodating town cause to itinerary changing , room
unavailability or for any other organizational reason. |

|
| During
a bike trip support consists of: one guiding cyclist, one support
van and/or car with one or two supply-bicycles, most important
repairing tools and replacements and a first aid box. In case of
emergency, MBH reserves the possibility to call medical or
technical assistance from the nearest place or from the starting
point. MBH
offers you ALL the possible assistance in case of whatever problem
found during the trip. |

|
| Helmets
are MANDATORY for all participants and not provided by MBH.
Bicycles: racing bikes, mountain bikes or hybrid ones can be rent
at a special price. We strongly invite you to specify your
preferred bike type when booking. |
|
|
|
| My
Bike Holiday
highly
recommends all participants, BEFORE leaving, to provide themselves
with a full insurance, covering trip cancellation or interruption,
baggage stealing or damaging, health and accidents. Before the
starting of the trip, it is MANDATORY to exhibit a medical
certificate for participating to
protract cycling practice and health and accidents insurance
receipt. A standard medical certificate is enough for beginner
trips. Participants WITHOUT medical certificate and/or WITHOUT
insurance will not be allowed to start cycling UNTIL they obtain
required documentations from Italian Medical Service and/or
assurance agencies. |

Luggage and personal
objects |
|
| Standard
price allows to carry only two bags: one big and one small.
Different needs MUST be agreed previously with MBH. In case of
NO agreement, exceeding baggage will be parked with an extra
charge. Since the most part of the day is spent biking, MBH also
recommend to take care (or not to take with you) valuable objects. |
|
|
|
| My
Bike Holiday
is NOT
responsible for any kind of loss, stealing, damaging of
baggage or personal objects. MBH is not responsible of what
happens on the road, in particular for accidents between bikes,
with cars, bus or others vehicles, bike falls also due to bad
weather conditions like rain, snow, ice, wind and so on. |

| My
Bike Holiday
trips are very flexible and are designed suiting customer's needs,
however it could happen (in case of intermediate or advanced
tours) that cyclists loose contact from the group or remain alone,
in this case they must be able to proceed on their own. When the
distance between the leading group and the following one is too
much, the direction will evaluate the possibility to slow down or
stop former athletes |

reserves the right to change itineraries depending on weather
conditions, rooms unavailability, road problems, safety
reasons, or any other circumstance that arise during the trip. |
|
|
|
| My
Bike Holiday
is not responsible of cancellation caused by bad weather
conditions e.g. rain, snow, strong wind, too high temperature. The
cancellation of one bike-ride could produce the modification of
some or all the subsequent routes. |
|
|
|
| Every
special needs, undesiderable meals or allergy, children
necessities, particular health or other conditions such as
pregnancy MUST be communicated to MBH when booking in order to
inform our trade-partners in advance and prevent problems during
the trip. |
|
|
|
